1. Data we never ask for
We hold no identity or payment data at all. With no accounts, no cashier and no wallet on the site, there is no field where your Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, UPI ID or card number could go.
Nobody from Pakka Check will ever ask you to share an OTP, your UPI PIN, a banking-app screenshot or remote access to your phone. That holds for e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and Telegram alike. Anyone doing it in our name is pretending. Block them, and report at cybercrime.gov.in or on 1930.
A quick rule from our checklist that applies here too: you type a UPI PIN to send money, never to receive it.
2. Cookies: visit totals only
Cookies on this site do one thing: count visits. The totals tell us which pages are read, roughly from where, on which kind of device and for how long, so we know which parts of the checklist people use and which need rewriting. We look at totals, not at one person, and we do not follow readers to other sites.
The cookie banner asks before counting starts. You can say no, or delete them afterwards from the browser menu; nothing on the site stops working if you refuse. Detailed counts are kept only while we compare periods, then deleted or reduced to plain totals.
3. Server request lines
Our server writes a short line each time a page is requested: the IP address, the time, the page, the browser type and the page that sent you. Every website does this. We use the lines to find broken pages and spot attacks.
The lines are cleared on a regular cycle. We never combine them with other records to identify you.
4. E-mails you send us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your e-mail address and your message. We use them to answer you about the fact or page you raised, and then archive the thread. Your address is not added to any mailing list, not sold and not passed to 4rabet or to any other operator.
Please do not attach passwords, ID documents or payment screenshots. No betting account or payout is under our control, and correcting a page never requires such files.
5. When you leave for 4rabet
Each 4rabet button carries a referral tag naming Pakka Check as the source of the visit. The tag identifies us, not you. Once the 4rabet page loads, its own data rules cover what you type there: phone number, documents and payment details.
In our October 2026 check, 4rabet's footer showed a "Personal Data" link and a Terms link, but a standalone page on privacy or cookies was not there, nor was a cookie banner. Look for its data rules before registering. The same advice applies to any site you reach from ours.
6. Your rights and contact
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]. Because we run no accounts, the honest answer is usually one e-mail thread or a few server lines, and we answer as soon as we reasonably can. We follow applicable data protection law, and every request gets an answer.
The site is meant for readers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly keep data about anyone younger; if you think we have, write to us and we will delete it.
